I had a bad experience ordering on line from Performance Bicycle and I was wondering if anyone else had too. They didn't send me the saddle they charged me for and have not answered my correspondence. Customer service said they could not help me on the phone.

jimjuliem,
Welcome to the forums. While I've had no experience with Performance, I have had some difficulties online with Nashbar.com. While these companies can be frustrating, given time everything seems to work out ok. I'd suggest doing a search for "Performance" and I'm sure you'll come up with more stories, info, etc than you'll need.

I've order from Performance several times and have never had any problems with them. I'd call the customer service line again. Perhaps you'll speak with someone that can actually help you.

Its always a throw of the dice with the online companies. I've never had problems with any of them(knock on wood...ahhh...no wood around...brb...okay found wood to knock on) but I'd call them, it's the best way to deal with them.
