Identify the Former President's Bike

Can anyone, out of sheer curiosity, identify the Giant bike model of Mikhail Saakashvili, former President of Georgia, pictured hanging out in Brooklyn -- https://www.nytimes.com/2014/09/20/wo...-brooklyn.html

It looks like a later model (2014 or 2015) Giant Escape 2. I'll try to find an image . . .

In the $650 range... Interesting. What are the CIA (or FSB) analysts thinking about that?

The article linked has more details. Basically, on the lam, hoping for a comeback and hoping that Putin gets his soon...

Without getting political at all (as a close-to libertarian I find plenty of fault with both guys politics) but one of these guys just doesn't seem like he got outdoors too much ever and has problems seeming masculine at all, any time.
Doo-da-doo, just pedalling along on my ladies comfort bike

Just doing a 62 mile ride

Throwin out the 1st pitch!

I will say this.... G.W.'s bike looks much better for invading a desert nation. That thing Obama is riding defiantly isn't scaring anybody.

Given he grew up in Hawaii, he probably spent more time outdoors than average pol. It is an outdoor-oriented destination, plus it's warm year-round. He could probably out-bodysurf any other prez.

He's supposed to be a decent basketball player too:

Never knew Carter had a Riv. That's pretty cool. Those b&w photos of Reagan and Nixon are great. Here are some images of Clinton and Reagan cruzin':

I also saw a blog post that said Woodrow Wilson was an "ardent cycle tourist" but I have not been able to find any images of him on a bike.
