My worst day was a crash where my front wheel dropped through a pavement joint in the road and went down to the hub. Flipped over the handlebars, ate cement, broke off my front teeth, the nerves were dangling. had to get a root canal on both teeth, skinned both arms. This was going downhill at 30 mph. my apt and car keys were lost when I flipped the bike. so I had to wait for the apt office to open to get my car to drive to the hospital.
