Is there a combination lock worth a damn?

I hate fiddling with keys when locking or unlocking my bike. I know that a lot of you guys use thick chains for keeping your rides out of all but the pro thieve's hands - and ocassionally for personal security. But can anyone recomend a combination lock up to the task?

Another happy Krypto combo user. I leave mine out on the bike rack at work 24/7. Been through two winters in SF- rain mostly, no freezing. Works as good as the day I bought it.

I think it depends on how bad the bike theft in your area is. There is very little to none where I live and I use the krypto combo lock and leave the bike out overnight and haven't had a problem. I wouldn't if I lived in a bigger city.

Krypto makes a decent combo lock? What model. I will look for one. No more fishing the bottom of a jersey pocket to find a key. (Now it will be fishing my memory for the combination)

Yes, I like the Masterlock "Sesame" lock with dial wheels on the bottom. We used
those in the military for security and I've had good luck since then with them
    over 40 years.

I have not found a combo lock that I can not get open(I have not tried all of them). It takes me awhile, I have no idea what I'm doing and still can get them unlocked. It depends how long the thief has, and how good he is. I'm just to leary of the combo locks, I'd rather fumble for keys.
