Oatmeal, choc chip, tofu cookies

After i get off a ride i'm usualy desperate for anything with sugar, and i found a good compermise. My girlfriend made me, some oatmeal choc chip tofu cookies, yummy yet still fairly good for you, and they go great with water which i'm sure we all drink plenty off after a ride. I'll try and scan in the receipt if anyone wants it. And no, you can't taste the tofu

Sorry for the rant, but the things that people do to tofu... just make me shudder ! Cookies? Seriously?

Give me my tofu fried and served with blazing hot chili oil and some type of veg like chives or green beans, please.
