Wheels and Fork

So I finally get my set of wheels..that's right :-D so I'm pretty hyped, I'm going to run them with slicks on them and leave my ditch witch's with the knobbies, I've put a SRAM 11-21 cassette on them. I also finally picked up a Rigid Kona Project 2 fork that I"m going to test with anyways here are pix.

Haven't dealt with broken spokes since my rhynolite back wheel. These Deep Vs should be some beefy ass wheels. They've got shorter spokes. so they should not flex as much

the rims are not disc only. In fact, they have machined sidewalls. They are available in many colors. Check out Velocity's website

and total cost was something like 100 for hubs, 60 for wheels and 40 for spokes I think? Then I had to add in 25 bucks to have em shipped from phantomcow's house and the 13 dollars to overnight him the spokes...overall not a bad deal..it was like 250 with shipping for the items in tota...not too shabby.

lol well TRD had the spokes shipped to him instead of me with AEbike. so that was an extra 13.65 or something. I might still have the envelope somewhere. Yea the XT hub combo was a _____ to find, sheesh the 32h is so cheap but the 36h.....the rear cost 60 alone!

That fork looks pretty beefy. Is that the project 2 'jump fork' or is just your average disc P2?

The UPS dude should be here with my canti P2 any minute now.
