Fat Bike race of the Pen Cycle Loppet

Hi will be in area next weekend for a Fat Bike race of the Pen Cycle Loppet

it starts in theodore wirth park and ends in Lake Calhoun

i am parking in Wirth park and race is one way , ends in Lake Calhoun, I plan to ride back to Wirth Park, question is there a bike trail back ? is it easy to ride back without riding on main roads with traffic? etc? thanks

Yes, there is a bike trail back pretty much the whole way. There are interconnected paths around Calhoun, Lake of the Isles, and Cedar Lake, then across 394 to Wirth Park.
