What a day to be off!
http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/6841759
A nice long ride on the "Big Heavy" my touring bike, trunk and handle bar bags included. 45 miles with 3400' of climbing, and a few gravel roads for good measure!

6/24 - 14 miles

I wanted to see how fast I could sprint on level ground (32.8mph, I know I'm slow), pretty much burned all my matches puttered around, climbed a few hills and cruised back home. Fun and beautiful day though.

9/24 : 20 miles on my new San Marco Regal saddle. With the copper rails and rivets. Still feeling crappy.

As for yesterday, I started with riding to my race with the rear brake rubbing. Luckily I solved that before racing commenced, but one the race started, I had to push really hard to do simple things like stand up, stay at the front of the group and all that. I got dropped, sat out a lpa, then joined back in. After a few laps, I was still at the bak and once I rubbed my front wheel against another riders rear (not entirely my fault, but hwatever) I realized that I shouldn't be racing.
On the way home, I almost died because I was turning left onto Lake Rd, and when I stood up I nearly crumpled over because I was so exhausted and I barely made it out of the way of a truck.

It was not bonking either, since I downed a gel before the race, during the race, and was drinking PowerBar electrolyte drink.

That doesn't sound like a good day. I hope things get better soon.

No, it was average. I didn't have my PTap to tell me what was going on either so I don't have any real data.

40k of butt numbing gravel on the Eisenbahn Trail. Rode from West Bend through Kewaskum then a little more. Just how far does this trail go? Fon Du Lac?

9/25 - 16.5 miles
Rode on Rock Run Greenway trail, part of I & M Canal Trail and Joliet Junction Trail. Noticed some erosion along the I & M trail near our Caterpillar plant in a couple spots. Still recovering from flu-like symptoms (should of taken some cough medicine before heading out).

Took the cross bike out to OERC. Got a flat. Also decided that bike is wayyyy too big for me.

20 miles at Vulture's Knob. It was pretty bad, I regret wasting gas to get out there. My first lap I found it hard to find a pace faster than "rediculously slow" and keep it there. The second was a little better, but still not "me".
My rule of MTB'ing; if you start swearing, there is no way to salvage your ride.
