Shout out to all the Mapsters

Hey all you riders in Chicagoland up into Wisconsin: Send me any routes (maps and/or cue sheets) you have in any electronic text format - I'm putting together a Rideable Roads map in Microsoft Streets & Trips. So far I've got most good roads from Yorkville West to Newark/Earlville, North up to and around Rockford (including Stillman Valley/Oregon), up to Darien, Wisconsin, East over to Silver Lake, Wisconsin, back down through Crystal Lake to Aurora.

I've been through most area club websites that post routes, plus I input some of the invitational ride maps I could locate. I'll be glad to share it when it's finished.

Probably a bit of redundancy for Wisconsin. We've got these maps from our DNR which are really fairly accurate in terms of riding conditions.

You might find access to other Wisconsin maps here.

Thanks for a great link, Sage. I wish Illinois had it together like Wisconsin. We can order hard copy maps (often out of stock) for 6 regions, but my experience is they don't have all the roads in the detail required, plus it's difficult translating the maps into usable cue sheets.
