Dude... i have to say, you're one persistent sonofa*****, right behind recursive. But only because he crashes even harder.

Thomas

Recursive is my hero ... if he says it's cool to crash ... I'm crashin.

I'm hoping to beat him some day ... some day ... ;)

John Wilke 02-11-09 12:19 PM

falling over on ice and snow ... vs ... high speed in a Superweek cat. 3 race.

it's a different league, man. a different league.

:roflmao2:

Didn't alien ask you to go mountain biking with him to help with your bike handling skills?

I agree John ... but I'm just learning. :)

Lol! :)

You are a menace to your own self.

On a related note, I crashed into this at lunch:

But I do both. I do it all, man. Car collisions too. And solo on dry pavement.

I'm getting my knee checked out tomorrow.

I'm thinking of retiring from crashing.

ColorChange 02-11-09 03:15 PM

OK, solo on dry pavement? ... care to share the wisdom? :)

Unless you were simply going to fast to make it ... that I can fully understand. ;)

That was 2 years ago when I lost my spleen/broke the collarbone ;)

Wisdom: Don't sprint over ~1000 to 1200 watts in SPD MTB pedals. Yes, the tension was maxed. No I didn't twist my foot.

Dang ... now that I asked I'm all depressed. :( I'm happy when I see 800 watts ...

I was hitting 780-800 on the hills yesterday. I've popped 1000 a few times on the trainer. So far I am finding that I see higher numbers outside than I do on the trainer. Can't seem to ride consistantly with the numbers outside though.

devildogmech 02-13-09 11:48 AM

And people wonder why I don't ride when it's that cold.......

I think I need to go back down south.... No ice there.....

:D
