Didn't alien ask you to go mountain biking with him to help with your bike handling skills?

You are a menace to your own self.

On a related note, I crashed into this at lunch:

But I do both. I do it all, man. Car collisions too. And solo on dry pavement.

I'm getting my knee checked out tomorrow.

I'm thinking of retiring from crashing.

OK, solo on dry pavement? ... care to share the wisdom?

Unless you were simply going to fast to make it ... that I can fully understand.

That was 2 years ago when I lost my spleen/broke the collarbone

Wisdom: Don't sprint over ~1000 to 1200 watts in SPD MTB pedals. Yes, the tension was maxed. No I didn't twist my foot.

I was hitting 780-800 on the hills yesterday. I've popped 1000 a few times on the trainer. So far I am finding that I see higher numbers outside than I do on the trainer. Can't seem to ride consistantly with the numbers outside though.
