KR bike club annual ride

https://www.krbikeclub.com/Benefit_Ri...ual%20Ride.htm

Anyone interested?

Going to be a cloverleaf ride as in the past. Rest stop will be at a park this year instead of the high school like last year.

We could meet before and have a party after at my house (2 blks from the high school).

So how does this work? Rest stop in the center of the leaf? Are all the leaves the same size? I might aim for 62. Is it a mass start or are they just advising you need to get moving by 8:30?

Ride starts at the high school. Ride to park. Three loops leave from the park. ISTR that 2 return to the park and one ends at the high school. So 100 mi does all loops, 62 mi skips one loop etc.

No mass start, just a suggested start time to make sure everyone is finished at a reasonable time.

Will the organizers be bringing that wind again this year? That third loop was a killer.

I'd say that we're in except that by the time we finish the century, the party will have long-since finished. We weren't quite last, but pretty close...

The wind comes from the Flat Land to the South.

Party will just warming up.

SOs and kids welcome. We have a new patio area that is in need of use.
