The butt shape in my calf is already here

That usually takes a few warm weeks to form. It shall never go away now, but you have all been warned. The TQ Guads are on their way

I just started plyometrics. For those of you who don't know what it is, it consists of prancing around like a school girl. Except it hurts. Supposed to be good for the guads.

Still don't know if I've ever had a butt shaped calf though. I'm ok with that.

The calf, when well defined, has a butt shape...see

Though truth be told, mine look more like this calf
