tuned & ready....

the bike that is. much thanks to the mad mechanic Psimet for fixing her up. he managed a complete tear down & rebuild & return in a manner of days. not sure how he gets a ride so clean, but it looks brand new.

notice the cool new red cable housing and shiny Ultegra crank.

once i find someone to tune and ready the engine..........look out BFNIC!!

later.

Rub it in.

I'm still sitting on a box full of parts while my frame languishes at Calfee.

Good Lord....you let him at your rig?

One can only wonder what evils he planted inside that thing.

I can see him now.....

1:30 a.m. in his basement shop, one dim 60-watt lighbulb swinging overhead with a bottle of Jack 3/4 empty at his side....

"Hmmmm, this will stop him.....", as he grabs a wrench with one hand, a fistfull of Cool Ranch Doritoes in the other....

No no no .

It's not parked by a white garage door, the crank arm isn't parallel to the seat tube (and down), and it's not in the 11.

Since there are no stickers on them they can be anything you want them to be and just dare anyone to prove otherwise.

Hi Psi ... thanks for filling the frame with lead shot ... he won't notice and the way you add glue so it doesn't rattle, he won't suspect a thing. Can't wait to whoop up on him this spring ... lol.

I sent the check to the usual address. Thanks again. You get money on both ends, guy pays to "tune" his bike, other guy pays even more to "de-tune" his bike! LOL! Only in Chicago ...
