I did my part to help the economy.

I decided to upgrade my ride during the winter. Madone 5.5 Pro with SRAM force. If only I could upgrade my legs!!

Sweet rig. Love the yellow/black. Too bad you have to sell all your red, blue, and green jerseys now...

Very nice. Fortunately you won't have to hibernate with it much longer.

Yes! Stryper! Awesome.

In that second pic with the chainring, it says "anodized". I thought only aluminum got anodized? Educate me, please.

I assumed the chain ring is aluminum but did not really consider that before. If it is not, I cannot answer your question.

I did not have a choice of colors. Yellow is what the Madone 5.5 Pro came in. The 5.5 Performance was black and red. The difference between the two 5.5 models is the height of the steer tube. The 5.5 Pro is lower allowing you be more aero. For me, it was more comfortable. However, I really liked the yellow as well.

I wasn't trying to diss on the yellow/black. Just having fun.

It's pretty striking.

No problem, I did not take it as a diss. My comment on the yellow was more for the response from Hyluelan2 that it was a good color choice when there was only one choice.

In terms of the kit upgrade, those are cyclocross kits!
