Wisconsin Cycling really has their system together in my opinion. I've always found them to be pretty accurate. And willing to correct it on the rare occasion there's a mistake. *if approached during the protest period.

Just ask MJH2 about the time he finished 4th and got lapped in a WI CX race.

That's where I also received my name.

I finished 2nd on Sunday after getting lapped so it's certainly possible.

Which reminds me, thanks to JohnWilkes for giving me the inside scoop on the best line to the finish after watching the previous races.

Agreed. The results are quick and accurate 99% of the time for USCF races. Wanna know how the last race went? Just go to the S/F line and the results are there, posted, every time. Last year at Monsters of the Midway I asked an official where I could find some results and he answered "where you registered". I him a dirty look while holding my two cameras and tripod and asked again: "Uh ... and where's THAT?" "Over there" pointing half to the west, but more 'UP' and I never did find it. I think they tore it down before the last race was even over.

I will say...

Due to the wreck that happened in front of me this weekend, my number wasn't on the results sheet. I talked to the official, he sorted it out, and apologized to me.

Since we're taking requests ... Cat 5, 1985 Schwinn Peloton, downtube shifters ... anyone? I heard some shutters clicking as I was at the front. Do you photographers maintain any galleries (of local racing) for later browsing?

I finished my races both days without issues (other than having no sprint). You might be thinking of a Colnago (similarly red, shiny, and steel, but with modern Campagnolo equipment) in the same race.

I think you're right. Younger guy one it?

You're a taller guy? I think I saw you working it hard.

I don't recall any specific bikes standing out, but I'll have the rest of the decent pix posted from Sunday shortly.

Recursive: I noticed where on the road you were when you won that sprint. Glad it worked out!

Sounds about right... somewhat like this.

I'll check out the rest of the photos when they come up. Thanks for shooting, everyone...

Great shot. Frukin and Mayonaise are in that shot as well.

Hey! I don't remember any sun shining on that day. ???

Speaking of track racing ... we gotta hook up MJH2 with a fixed gear this season. Dude ... you've got the build and speed of a good trackie, and with your crit. endurance, you'd be a killer in the longer races. If nothing else, get a loaner and try it a time or two. I think you're a natural.
