OK, I think I'm basically back (for those who care) ;)
For the first time I took back to back decent rides Friday and Saturday. Just couldn't pass up the great weather.
34 miles on Friday, 39 on Saturday and I feel pretty good today. I have lost a lot of fitness as the numbers show but I am so happy just to be able to ride. I'm not pushing it hard yet but will try if this continues well for another couple weeks.
I so hope I"m back!

Pedaling index measures how smoothly you are applying power during a pedal stroke. Equal pressure all the way around would be 100. Really good is 30+, poor is teens. I average around 25.
Left right balance is how much power is coming from which leg. When I hurt my right knee last year I went from 49 left 51 right to 53 left 47 right. I usually start with my left leg and if I miss my clip I with the right, you will see 90% left 10% right type max numbers.

With a cadence of 120 you must look like a hummingbird. Just kidding. That looks like a good ride for a comeback.

Sandbagger!
lol
I'm mostly a spinner anyway Stan, but have been purposely avoiding big grinding efforts up hills to protect the leg so thus the high cadence. Not too much out of the saddle pounding for me ... yet.
Heck .. even when I was healthy my out of the saddle pounding didn't amount o much more than a parakeet tickle.
