Spring perhaps

I spotted a few small green sprouts from Spring flowers along the house Saturday. I get excited every year when I see this because it's usually about 2-3 weeks before the weather starts to break and Winter decides to cease and desist. God I am happy.

I'm up here in northern Michigan and can see/feel the change in temps as a pattern. Spring really is nearby and so is my first ride. Though last night it was -8F.

This is my first winter here in the great midwest. (From Arizona) So I sure hope you're right. I need to get off this trainer!

Ugh, trainer sucks. I didn't log as many miles this Winter, but I did ride outside for 90% of it. Last year I was on the trainer nearly 80 sessions, this year 9.

So is the snow forecast put a damper on the spring sentiment?

Heck no, a few more weeks and it'll start looking up. This time of year even when it does snow it doesn't stay long and the roads are at least clean quickly.

Spring perhaps

It is warm, but there is still plenty of snow on the ground here in the Chicago burbs.

Last year in the 80's this time, 10 days out looks uninspiring. Cold, wet and windy..................

It has been some good winter riding for me this year. Be out around 10 times. Only had the studded tire for 2 of the rides!
