My 2015 Crosstrail Comp. I love it!

Well, after lots of reading, and posts I saw on here, I decided to go with the Comp over the Elite. I love every ride on it. Only put 25 miles on it so far, but everything feels great. Thank you guys on here for all your comments.it sure helped with my decision. I'm glad to be part of this Good community Now!
Only additions so far were some blue black ops pedals and a cage. Had to break all that black a bit.

Nice, hope you have many miles with smiles.

I'm still lovin mine after near 200 miles. Although I was out scouting some side trails today and ran into a section with many 2-5 inch tall tree roots across the narrow trail, and then there was this drop off into a canal near the edge to add to the excitement... not really an adequate bike considering my old bones and slow reaction... so I walked maybe a half mile ...and appreciated the bikes light weight.

Dont give me too many ideas now guys, dont need another money pit on my hands.
I also do love the light weight of this bike, one of the things that made me lean towards it.

The Comp and Expert have 50mm of fork travel..... other Crosstrails have at least 63mm. That half inch shaved off the fork saves 6oz

Just amazing how designers have focused on specific blends to create so many workable categories of bikes and their applications.

...that's what mine registered on the scale at the LBS where I bought it. It's on the road weight will be a bit higher due to two bottle cages, the wedgie seat bag and a portable pump...

Figured with the added bottles and cage and road emergency accessories, the weight would add up. Hence why i went with the lighter option. Been riding it almost every day for about 5 miles and im finally getting used to the seat! Im still in love with it and I sure get lots of looks on it.
