The frame already looks a small size, hard to imagine a smaller one without going to a dirt jump frame but the bar stem could be lowered some.

Latest rendition of my Felt QX75 (2009) hybrid. It used to be a flatbar (stock), then I convert to trekking bar, and now it's a dropbar hybrid.
Recent changes: Stronglight Impact Compact crankset (48/34T), Dura Ace 7700 rear derailleur and brifters, Ultegra 6500 cassette, FSA Vero Compact drop bar & Cinelli gel cork tape, Kool Stop Salmon pads (need to trim the cable.. oops), Tektro's fork-crown cable stop. Really enjoying the dropbar, with more possible hand positions and more aggressive posture for faster rides.

Trek 7.2 FX, dressed for commuting.
Thinking seriously about getting fenders, too.

This is my Trek FX 7.2 with a few upgrades. It's only been about 100km so far. Mostly trail riding, but lately I've been allured by the back countryside around my town.

Bought my '12 Raleigh Detour 4.5 at the end of April 2013. Took it out for a 50-mile ride on the Canalway trail yesterday, so I decided to finally join in on this pictures thread. I have just under 2,000 miles on this beast, still purely stock as you can tell (I recently took the bar ends and rack off), I'll upload new pics when I reattach them

Can't believe I never posted a picture in this thread. A bit dated, but here is my bike in her daily spot:
Now has fenders and the stem back to original angle (but lowered). This makes for a better photo though. Pretty far from the clean lines everyone else's bikes exhibit!

Hello guys, some really really nice bikes here, I'm new on this forum, but here goes mine. Which I'm thinking of putting up for sale now. It is a 100% USA handmade frame and bike when Cannondale was made right here. So in some ways I hate to see that go, but that is progress for you I guess. As I'm now going after a Trek 2015 8.6 as my new project. Been many many years since I bought a new bike or worked on one. The 8.6 IMHO will be my last, I hope anyway. Or maybe not, the future is unknown. This time no kick stand, but I may get the upstand, as that seems like a much better idea in engineering use.

Here are some updated pictures of my 2011 Giant Rapid 3:
I had been wanting to go with a more aggressive handlebar setup on this bike for quite some time. Even though I had the Origin 8 drop bar ends installed, the bars were far too wide for my liking. This new setup is much more comfortable, and it works quite well. The shifting is a little odd and I do see myself installing some integrated brakes/shifters down the road. For now, though, this setup works well. The project hardly cost me anything because I had almost all of the parts.
