Biked home from my son & daughter-in-law's at 4:00 am - watching the grandsons while they were at work.
Nice 2 mile ride by moonlight - only saw 2 cars. Now off to the local shopping district for a few groceries.

What gives! I thought you were having a hot summer? We have jetty's (you probably call them something else) all along our coast line.

Car is VW Polo > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkswagen_Polo (9n3 model, 2002-2005)
I had older VW Polo few years back with same wheels as this one so I could not resist to take a picture...

4:00 is a touch early for me - like go around 5:00 on the road bike, as the sun is up at this time of year, here in the "great white north"

Yesterday my new 8.4 Trek took me for a swift ride through out the neighborhood for 5 miles. If it wasnt so late I would have rode further, but need lights which is next on my to get list.

I just started 2-3 weeks ago. Boondox ridding near my house, finaly worked up to a 26 mile 880 ft elevation gain in 2hr 2min (app data) on my Cannondale quick 4. Any body know if this is a good bad or ugly time. Do i need to be pushing harder or what.
Im a Clydesdale looking to get in the next lower weight class.

My hybrid took me on a nice loop through a connected series of trails for a total of 12 km this morning.

I think I might finally have my setup dialed in after continuously fiddling with things since I got the bike ~3 weeks ago.

My Trek Hybrid took me through Thorn Creek Bike Trail today. From my house to the trail and back home is 20 miles, and I feel great now that I'm under the A/C now.

I am new here as well, but on my hybrid I average 4 min a mile at 187 elevation. I did my 20 miles this morning in 1 hour and 29 min with average speed of 13.7 and max speed 22.4

Few from commute...after 2000 miles this year on city streets I decided to take detour and drive by the river every day as on/off work routine... It's a little bit longer but much more relaxing

Rode the Paint Creek Trail from Rochester to Lake Orion. Had never been to Lake Orion, but figured by the name there must be some water there, so I found the lake and rode around until I found a little area that wasn't private property with some park benches. 93 degrees, heat index close to 100, I'll take that over Michigan winters every day.

Went for a nice leisurely 10 km ride early this morning on my newest 3 speed 26" wheel hybrid. Did the uphill portion of my commute ( .7km rise over 1.2 kms) and the low gear handled it just fine, part way on the MUP, part way in traffic and about 1 km on gravel and the 26 x 1.5's handled it all. Then a short jaunt to the LBS for a chain stay mount kick-stand.
