Give me your opinion, please....
Iam as new to this forum as you can get, but a old bike rider.
I went and looked and rode two new bikes today.
Both were of course Hybrids.
A Raleigh route 4.0.
A Globe Carmel.
Biggest difference was the 700x40CC tires on the Raleigh and
the 1.95x26 tires on the Globe. Both have fork and seat suspension.
Only a couple of 5 to 10 mile ride on each would tell me which would
be more confortable. About the same price $500.00. Iam looking
for comfort, less neck and shoulder, butt and back pain that I get now
with my older trails bikes, which have nothing wrong with them.
I either haveto give up riding or get on something that is going to
be kinder to my body. I dont have a real favorite. I know you people
have your opinions, so, please dont be shy...
