Hello all ! ? on setting up Fuji hybrid
Ok im trying to get into biking, 51 yr old male. 5'9" 180 pounds. Yesterday we took a 21mile trip avg speed about 13 mph. my sit bones are pretty sore. I have an enlarged prostate so I have the seat tilted slightly forward to avoid this area.
WHat is the best way to determine the for and aft adjustment ? My seat seems pretty decent not overally big or small. Seat post has a shock in it but its pretty stiff.

Also, what if any is a good mirror to use ? I dont think the helmet mirror would be good because I wear glasses so my perpheial vision is no good looking past my glasses. Thanks again
