Cannondale Quick 3 vs. Quick 4
I'm looking to purchase my first bike since my old BMX days and have decided on a hybrid.
I looked at the Cannondale Quick series and I wanted to get some opinions on if the Quick 3 is worth the extra $230 over the Quick 4?
I believe the main difference is really the hydroformed frame.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Quick 3 has a few upgrades that I think make the extra $230 worth it, including Rear Derailieur (Deore vs. Alivio), Tires (Conti vs. Kenda), Rear Cogs (9 speed vs. 8 speed)...
Whether you'd notice these improvements is debatable and better left for someone with more knowledge to answer...there are a few more differences than the frame though.

I just went through the same decision process. At the bike shop i was at there was a 2011 quick 4, and a 2010 quick 3. About $190 difference. I rode both and honestly like the quick 4 a little more. The components on the quick 3 are obviously of better quality though. I would recommend riding both. the Quick 3 is significantly more stiff and a rougher ride. I didnt really care for the stiffness. With that $200 savings I bought some smaller conti gatorskins, some bike maintences stuff. I am happy with my purchase.
