xoxoxoxolive got me thinking when he asked about a side view of my "other" bike.
I'm not the only one on the Hybrid Forum with others. Some come on, you know you want to. Road, MTB, Recumbents, TT, Unicycle.....
Give us a look. BTW, just wait until you see what X-LinkedRider has.

Anyway, here's my Road Bike. The frame is a little old now, but I built it up to how I wanted it over the years.
It's an Orbea which is from the Basque region of Spain. Carbon forks, Mitis Aluminium, and Carbon stays. The saddle is a Fizik (you can see that lol) Antares Carbon Braided. The components are a mixture of Shimano Non-series, 105 and Ultegra, and the wheels (built by my friend) are Mavic Open Pro rims / DT-Swiss spokes / Black 105 hubs.

I had the drops removed from my road bike (gift from Beanz and Gina) and turned it into an upright ride. None of that hunchback nonsense for me.

I'll be turning my dad's old Motobecane Mirage into a SS over the summer. Look forward to seeing that!

I did the same to one of my road bikes a few years ago as I needed an upright position for the city traffic. Unfortunately one night I got hit by a motorbike and it was goodbye to my flatbar road bike. I replaced it with a hybrid with riserbars for an even more comfortable position. Please post a photo of your upright road bike.

I'm making some changes to my bikes. I may post some photos when I get finished.

My 1997 Fuji Roubaix is becoming a riser bar(2" rise) road bike with SRAM Apex. FSA crankset has been moved from my Motobecane Le Champ Ti to the Fuji. I still have to do the cabling, put the chain on, and cut the handlebar to the desired width. I think it's going to end up at slightly more than 20 lbs.(with pedals) which is less than it weighed as a drop bar road bike and way less than my "hybrid".

The 8-speed 105 drive train & shifters of the Fuji have been moved to my 1989 Jamis Diablo rigid MTB which has undergone a conversion to a drop bar bike that will mainly be used on my fluid trainer. It looks a bit like a Surly Long Haul Trucker now. I had to buy a new rear wheel to accommodate the 8-speed cassette, but I already had some drop bars and a fugly but functional Profile H2O 105 degree quill stem, so I wasn't out too much $ on that conversion. I rode it for the first time on my trainer last night.

My Motobecane Le Champ Ti is getting a Rival crankset to complete the Rival group I put on it not long after I got it. I also removed some of the decals recently to expose more Ti.

Not much done to my neo-retro 1988 Bridgestone RB-2 lately except that it got the wheels from the Fuji which look more era appropriate than the black aero-spoked wheels I was using on it. The black wheels went to the Fuji and look pretty good with the black FSA crank and black Apex components.

^^Nice range of bikes there Scooby I like your style.

Great idea for a thread Giant, its fun and interesting to get a glimpse into the cycling lives of people who post on here. There's nothing wrong with it on a hybrid forum, the C and V guys do it all the time and often it has nothing to do with bikes at all. So have fun with it folks.

I'm liking the Windsor. Good work at at matching the saddle and bar heights on all three.

I noticed some snapped spokes on my town / rain / snow bike yesterday and I wanted to get a cheap MTB replacement for it. I just realized that my sister-in-law has an alloy step-through bike with 3 speed IG. I'm sure she never uses it. Tomorrow night we'll be hitting the turps, so I might ask it she wants to sell it to me after a few wines.

Yeah I'm hoping the Hybird people will run with it.

Here's some of my bike's I like a good variety of bike's but can,t post them all there's just too many. I like rebuilding as much as riding so have 10 or 11 as my main bike's plus there would be another 30 or so scattered around the property. I pick a lot up at local markets for 5 to 20 bucks just because they might have a part I want for other bikes.

Ricardo Pinnacle, there's only two in existence.

Ricardo Varsity, rebuilt from a barn wreck, kinda CX retro.

Repco Superlight, "not actually superlight" built from two wrecks and some extra spare parts, total cost $35 mostly for paint.

Pinarello F3-13, dont really ride it to much as far as road bikes go its to modern for me.

Dawes Galaxy GT, high end classic British touring bike I,m close to starting a full resto on this one. Trust me its going to look good, rides awesome.

Peugeot Hurricane, its had some mods since this pic but its the only pic I have with the Ritchey speed max tires.

A real hybrid my Scott P1 Sportster, now more stock this pic is with wheels crank and fork now on my JBC.

The list can go on some are in the process of being build or needing finishing touches as you can see I like bikes.

To many nice bikes to comment directly on all them, keep the pictures coming. There's only so many things we can chat about on Hybrids. I'm not sure the new Insight even qualifies as a (HYBRID) anymore, Performance keeps calling them a Flat Bar Road Bike, but one guy that works there says, Performance upright bike. All I am sure of is, you do not want to go off roading on it. Almost came home with this yesterday, may go back and get it today. ( Still Thinking ) ? https://www.performancebike.com/bikes...AID=1009374117

Need an off Road Bike, and this one is a pretty good deal. Richard : )

Need to get some better photos of it...a early-to-mid 80s Univega Nuovo Sport. One of the flood of Japanese-built steel road bikes from the era. Not flashy, nothing too special, but I love it:

My dad bought it, and handed it down to me. Now that I've gotten more into bikes and I'm more comfortable doing some basic repairs, I need to start doing some upgrades. Need a new saddle (it's the original saddle with a cheap gel cover over it), maybe actually get some matching tires, and I've thought about getting some mustache bars.

This is as far as the ss conversion is. I just stripped it down to nearly the bare frame (don't have crank/bb/headset tools). It won't be built up as a ss until I get funds. It could be awhile.

Have fun going SS but please Alpha don't go cutting things off that lovely Motobecane. I swear you'll regret it one day.

I won't, but the derailleur hanger is pretty ****ed up. Maybe that's why there was a claw derailleur on it... Actually, the entire drive side dropout is ****ed up.

Compared to non drive side:

But the fork crown and headtube lugwork is beautiful!

I also have a Dahon Boardwalk 7-speed folding bicycle, though at the moment my brother-in-law is using it so my hybrid is the only bike I actually use right now.

I lost this 2011 Giant Defy 2 to a theft 12 days ago but I'm about to replace it with a 2012. It was converted to a commuter but that's not what I really wanted of it so I bought the Escape to put all the commuter garb on and the new Defy will just be a sleek road bike.
