Jango Hybrid frame?

I cant seem to find any information on this frame, anyone ever play with them?

I'm not actually looking for a frame quite yet, Im fixing up an old road bike for this summer, and Im gonna build up a little cyclo bike during the fall/winter when parts are cheaper. I just spotted this on ebay and was curious about it. I heard about the brand but never saw frames for sale.

"Jango" were/are an arm of the same Taiwanese co. that markets under the brand name Topeak (probably others as well).
