Upgrading Cannondale Bad Boy to disc brakes

Hello,

I've decided to upgrade my Cannondale Bad Boy to disc brakes, can anyone let me know if I need a new wheelset or if I can use the one I currently have. I'm thinking of upgrading to the Avid BB7 Mechanical Disc Brakes, 203mm.
I'm completely new at this so any other tips would be much appreciated as well!

Thanks!

p.s. I've attached a few pictures of my rear wheel.

Those wheels are disc wheels so all is OK.
I suspect you have the mounts on the forks too, so it'll be no trouble.
