Hybrid Gears, Acting Up..

Nothing Major Its Just When I Shift, I Hear My Chain Rubbing Along The Metal That Pushes The Chain Over.. Can Someone Tell Me How To Fix This

You may need to adjust your derailleur ([COLOR=#000000]The Metal That Pushes The Chain Over) or just clean and lube your chain and derailleurs. First try a good clean and lube and if that doesn't fix it, try adjusting your derailleurs. You didn't specify whether it was your front or rear, so here is a video for each.
