Hello! Just Found This Sub-Forum

I've been on BikeForums for a while and just now discovered the Hybrid sub-forum. Glad to have stumbled in here.

I have a Jumbo sized Cannondale Quick 5 and really like it. I used it for occasional commutes, weight loss and general fitness, and mental cleansing. I have completed a 100k ride this past July 4th and on October 5th will go for 100 miles.

Good luck on your century ride.
Pace yourself, take hydration tabs(Nuun)
or Powerade and the like. Have fun!

Thanks! I use AdvoCare's Rehydrate, it does very well in that area. Also on my rides that are over 25 miles I'm practicing my stops, nutrition on the bike, etc.
