Lockout Suspension Upgrade
Hi everyone,
Thanks for checking out my post. So, I have a Diamondback Trace Sport that came with a SR Suntour NVX 700c fork. Is there anyway to put a lockout feature on this like on the Diamondback Trace Comp?
Thank you
Jason

Fairly sure that if your current fork doesn't have a lock out and you want that, then you will have to swap out to a fork that has it.

My city is hilly and the NVX really killed my pedalling power. I tested out the bike and have been riding it. The Suntour NRX is perfect for pavement and is adaptable for hard packed dirt trails and since I can remote lock it, I don't have to worry about pushing really hard on uphills.

new fork designed to include a lockout lever at the fork crown is one level up,
buying one with a remote handlebar control is a higher cost new fork.
