Ditto the Giant recommendation. I also live in Naples and picked up 2 '13 Giant Escapes last year for my wife and myself. We got them at The Bike Route on 41 and they were great to deal with. I've put nearly 2000 miles on mine with zero issues. Great bike!

Where do you generally ride? I live in the Collier Blvd/Vanderbilt Beach Rd area, and go all over North Naples and beyond. Santa brought me a road bike, so i can venture even further now!

Also, look at last years models. Componentry might be better, and the price will be better, as they want to clear them out.[/QUOTE]

Bikes: Trek FX 7.3

I've been riding a Trek FX 7.3 for the last 18 months and it's the best frame I've ever had. A nice upright riding position and great for road, tracks and even a little light downhill if you're prepared to change the tyres for more grip. The original components have been really good and the whole of the drive train has been good for around 1000 miles except for the front derailleur that took a small hit and needed changing. In the past when I have needed to change things on a bike, I've changed the whole bike but I'm so happy with the frame and overall setup of this bike that I'm researching an upgrade of components and learning maintenance instead.
