Refer back to the other thread you started for lots of info; basically these are the differences I found in my research:
Derailleur -- '14 is better (Altus instead of Acera on the '15)
Fork -- '15 is better (hydraulic lockout instead of mechanical on the '14)
Brakes -- '15 is better (from my internet research Tektro Auriga on the '15 is higher quality than Tektro HDC on the '14)
Other than that, I didn't see any differences. I would say if you think the Derailleur or color choice is better, take the '14, otherwise get a '15. That price difference isn't worth considering in my opinion.

Both years have the same derailers front and back, Acera.
The 2015 has Altus shifters compared to Acera on the 2014
Shimano heirarchy from low to high is SIS < Tourney < Altus < Acera < Alivio < Deore
