Specialized Sirrus Sport - is this a good deal?
Hello everyone! I've been creeping on bike forums posts for a while now, but thought I'd finally join. Replacing a stolen 2001 Bianchi Touring/Hybrid bike (honestly not 100% sure what model, as I bought it on Craigslist), and I've been spending a lot of time trying to find just the right replacement. I use a bike to get around everywhere in the city (the roads can be rough and there are certainly hills), though usually not riding more than 4 or 5 miles. I definitely loved the narrow aesthetic and steel of my Bianchi, but having something light, relatively quick, but still sturdy and comfortable is important to me. Been scouring craigslist forever, and looking at my LBS, but can't quite decide what deals to pounce on. I'm thinking I need to go ahead and replace my main ride, then maybe I can try and get something I can fix up and customize (I really want to learn more about bikes).
TL;DR: Tried a nice Specialized Sirrus Sport off of Craigslist, got the guy down to $345. I'm pretty sure this is a good deal, but can I get some confirmation? It's in pretty great condition, and although it is kind of "fatter" than I'm looking for (is that shallow?), it's pretty damn light and comfy.
This is the pic from the ad, though obviously not a picture of the actual bike (though having seen it, it is accurate).
I'm thinking I should just pounce on this deal, but am so bad at making decisions! The alternative is I keep checking Craigslist and/or go for a new bike from my LBS (I'm hearing back about a new job, could be a nice reward). Any advice/feedback is appreciated!

Sirrus is a nice bike - if you like it, buy it. How about this one???? https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/bik/4724763029.html

The 2015 Sirrus Sport has a street price of 550$, so if buying a used older model bike with no warranty is worth saving 200$ i'd go for it, assuming it's the right size for you.
