Merida Crossway 20

I've never had a hybrid before, I've only been cycling since March and have a Trek 1.2. I have an old Mountain bike that I use for spinning around forest trails. I'm trading it in against a Merida Crossway 20. Are they a good bike? Will it be able for the forest trails? They're mostly hard packed gravel covered in leaves with a little clay and grass. I'll be on footpaths and a tarmac path too.

It was 550 but I'm getting it for 430.

Thanks for all the advice everyone, I went ahead and ordered it today. It'll be here in a few weeks.
