Thousand Oaks, CA, April 18, 2017 Prevelo Bikes For Kids has announced its global brand launch, scheduled for this week at Sea Otter booth 318, according to company founder and CEO Jacob Rheuban.



Rheuban, a dad, attorney and renewable energy specialist, began development of the Prevelo design concept in 2016. He started with his experience teaching his two sons to ride and the realization that kids’ bikes needed to make the early years of riding easier: more fun, less intimidating.
The Prevelo line brings this fresh thinking to the kids’ bike market. Innovations include a special low geometry that gets kids' feet closer to the ground for increased stability and confidence, 3-piece cranks with shorter arms to maintain proper ergonomics with the low geometry and provide narrow Q factor, and special kid-sized bars, stem, grips and brake levers.
