From an old "geezer"
You age and physical condition should be an consideration!
Types of biking:
cruiser, fat tires, cushy saddle and mostly level terrain.
road biking, skinny tires, hard skinny saddle and all types of terrain.
racing, unto its own, not for the faint of heart!
Just my opinion!! Do what feels good and have fun.
