hey from New Jersey
hey!
I got rid of my car last Spring, but only really started riding to my jobs in November. Now that I've made it through the winter, I'm going to treat myself to a new bike. I'm pretty much set on a Breezer, but now I'm torn between the frame styles. Anyhow, I ride between 10 and 20 miles a day, mostly in 2-3 mile hops. I have a somewhat neglected mountain bike, but I'm hoping to get out with that this summer too.
I have to say getting rid of my car was one of the best things I've done for myself; I have people tell me that I should get a car and I could pick up more jobs, but all of those jobs would just be paying for the car and insurance, it seems like. I really am enjoying getting there, which is a nice change.
