Hi to All !
Hi Everyone,
I'm 38 yrs young, and i've had a mountain bike for over 10 years (GT Saddleback). I've never really ridden seriously, more or less just play around on the trails. Well over this past couple years, I have gotten more involved in serious road riding (Specialized Roubaix), dirt bike riding (KTM 200 exc), and i'm also right in the thick of training for my first triathlon. While I really enjoy the road riding, I definitely prefer mountain biking. Not alot of trail systems here unfortunately, and with heavy rains, the trails we do have can be shut down for days at a time. That said, i'm planning to upgrade to my first real quality mountain bike sometime over the next few months as I plan to run in a 24 hour mx bike race this coming fall (4 man team). I hope to find alot of good info on different models, etc here on this board, and i'm sure i'll have a bunch of questions.
