    Hello from Joliet, IL

Brian (age 36) from Joliet, IL

I have been riding since high school (late 80's). I own two Mongoose Pro bikes (blue, brown) originally costing about $250-300. I try to get out at least a few times a week. I have ridden as far out to Frankfort, Naperville and Morris myself. Sometimes, my mother gives me a ride 20 miles out and i ride home from there after hanging around for a couple hours. I ride on limestone and paved paths as well as on roads even though i perfer to stay off the real busy roads w/ no sidewalk present. I don't ride when there's snow cover on ground and when it rains. I'll usually avoid riding big rides when it's below 50 and above 90 degrees except in the winter if we get a decent warm day or two here. I'll post the trails in my area another time in another section.

Welcome! I know you have great trail riding in Joliet. I had a friend in Park Forest that would ride out there often. He loved riding in Joliet. It must be good stuff!

Do they let you ride a bike in prison?

Don't think any prison will allow bike riding.
