Old Veteran here with motorcycle light question
I've been a member here in the past (in the early 2000s). Totally forgot what my user ID is and forgot what my password is. Anyways, no worries. I'm here for a completely different reason this time. I'm interested in lighting. Particularly for a motorcycle.
A little history about me. Here are some of the bikes I have. Still have some of them, got rid of some of them. Added a CF and Titanium frame to my collection as well.
Anyway, the reason I'm here is because I want to add flashing lights to my motorcycle. In the past....for my commutes on bicycle, I would have a Superflash in the rear and a 1,200 lumen flash up front.
Do any of you guys know if that's legal on a motorcycle? Or would that just be begging to be pulled over? Maybe I haven't been here for years....but I can't seem to find the "light" section of the forums anymore.
How are the old members here? Is Siu Blue Wind still here? How about her BF that she used to date that was a mod (I think of this site)? Is he still around? How about Rad55, Cuda, Adriano, AEO, AlanHouston? Good to see everyone again!

welcome to the forum... lighting laws for motorcycles will vary from state to state...in some states a flashing headlight will get you a ticket...in some states the kits that do not flash the light, but vary the intensity/brightness will also get you a ticket, so you should check the laws of the state you live in.
