Hello from Vancouver (BC)
New here from Vancouver, as I get back into biking. Can no longer run as I would like, so I've unearthed my old road bike -- so old it has only 7 speeds on the cassette (I thought that was a ton back then).
Advance apologies for probably taking more than I can give, as I can't remember a thing about bike repair etc.
If anyone has tips for good rides in or near Vancouver, let me know!
