2 legs pumpin' & one heart thumpin'

Hello all. I'm Captain Chaen, semi-retired boat captain, personal trainer & massage therapist. Got my first real bike in 1980. Mayata. Been riding amatuer since, including 8 years in Key West where my old Mongoose hybrid was my only transportation. (Wish I was in that condition again). Live in Bradenton Florida now. Just bought a new Specialized Allez. Love getting on the road and racing traffic. Maybe I'll see you out on Longboat Key... If you can keep up !

You got a boat or what, capt'n? It must be nice! Welcome to the forums! Aye matey!

Oooooh, next time the forum has "talk like a pirate day" you can chime in and give us some pointers, huh?

Here's the thread, just in case you need to remember Sept. 19th properly: Sept 19th is Talk Like a Pirate day.

Yeah, we're quirky... and weeeeeeeee like it!

Cycling the Keys can be nice. I've done it a couple of times. I just long-distance tour with a little commuting thrown in for good measure.
