I just bought my first road bike 2 weeks ago (mountain biking for 5years). It's a 2004 Marin Argenta. I bought it because of the mixture of the steel frame, components and price. I rode 50 miles this weekend on the Natchez Trace and felt like I made a great purchase. I also bought my wife a Specialized Dolce (she's crazy about it too). I'll post a pic as soon as I can.
