Konnichiwa from Japan. I have been living here for 26 years and I have to say around where I live in Chiba Prefecture has got to be some of the best bicycling in the world year round. Whether it is deer, monkeys, or wild pigs in the road there is adventure around every turn. What is surprising however is that an hour out of Tokyo up in the what is called "mountains" here, you can ride sometimes for an hour or two on really smooth roads and never see a car.
