Hello from Vancouver, BC, Canada
Turned 60 on August 3, 2015
Road riding for 7 years, background was distance runner. Have problematic late-onset asthma, so affects some activities.
Don't race as yet, have done a few GranFondos. Compete on Strava, do ok in my AG in Vancouver.
Also got a set of TACX Galaxie rollers this year, love those as well. Amazing how in just a few sessions, bike handling and pedal stroke improved.
I like to challenge myself on the amazing mountains we have here around Vancouver, even though not built like a climber.
Just finished my Learn To Ride program at the Burnaby Velodrome, and totally stoked and hooked. Planning to purchase a track bike next week.
Ride a 2015 Cervelo R3 and have a Cannondale Synapse as my trainer/winter bike.
Ride approx. 12K/Kilos per year.
Already love the information available on the Forums

Welcome to Bike Forums. I'll soon be 71.
You have a nice collection of bikes and winter accessories.

Thanks, I'll be happy to still be riding at your age. I was beaten a few years ago at the Cypress Challenge Race, The Annual Cypress Challenge, by a rider who was 70, and not just by a few seconds.
