I got a Kent Genesis High Tide 29" Cruiser. I think it is the replacement of the Genesis Onyx/Onex. It has an aluminum frame and weighs 29 lbs after taking off the chain guard, fenders and stickers. This bike is just awesome! It's strong, light, comfy and looks good. We just got back from riding up and down Buffalo Bayou, so many other bike riders, it was great.

welcome to the forums... I used to ride buffalo bayou but after all the improvements it became too congested with walkers, joggers, dogs and baby strollers, so moved over to the TC Jester MUT when I rode with the wife... we moved to Porter this summer so don't ride down there much anymore... still do parts of TC Jester on my lunch rides from the office though.
