Greetings from the Great Lakes State
Hello to all and good day.
I hail from the state of MIchigan. I joined BikeForums for the vast sharing of knowledge, and for all the pretty bikes . Though the last time I actually rode a bicycle was about 10 years ago, I have recently picked it up again as a "hobby." Now an adult, I have some time here and there to tinker with a project bike. With the help of lurking many old threads, google searches, and youtube videos, I had the courage to start up. The bike is an old ten-speed schwinn super sport. I have heard and searched a good amount on the basis of buying this bike in able to restore it. This is not the ideal bike to ride around in pothole-ridden Michigan roads, but we'll get to that problem when we cross it! The picture provided is the bicycle as I bought it (new tires!). I've put some work into it and will assemble it piece by piece. I shall hopefully upload more pictures in the coming future of the finished product. But for now, I sign off and bid you all a good day. Imgur
