Another NH-ite (two, actually)
Hello! My husband Hunt and I have loved bike touring - we met late in life, married in 2008 and our honeymoon was to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail and then the roads of Wellfleet and Truro to Provincetown, MA. The next Spring/summer we built our house (ourselves). The next year we added a porch. We were now approaching 70 (Hunt) and mid-50s (me) and we were exhausted! For the next 6 years we have been talking about getting the bikes back out, but this year, we did it! We are getting our legs back in shape, riding around the hills of the Monadnock region of NH where we live, and we're hoping to go on a Downeast Maine tour in a few weeks. He's now 71 and I'm 56 and we feel great!

Welcome aboard BF, be sure you check out the 50+ Forum when you have the time. Say hi to our son and daughter-in-law, if you see them up there, please. They just moved to Durham, so he can attend grad school at UNH. Must be a growing place with the new NH members here, too.
