Intro from Tempe...
Hi everybody, I've been lurking around for a few weeks and figured I should go ahead and register.
I've been riding for a couple years, first a track bike in nyc got me hooked, then I messengered and worked at a shop there where I got my first road bike. Since then I moved (back) to Tempe and have been commuting on my track bike (I think there's all of about 8 people riding fixed out here) and riding/racing on my road bike.
Probably the biggest reason I registered is because I'm starting my first solo, self-supported tour from Seattle to Los Angeles next week and I wanted to post questions. Also, for anybody in the Phoenix-metro area, there will a Ride Of Silence in Tempe starting at 7pm from the NW corner of Mill and University. It'd be great to meet some more riders out here in AZ.
