Hey everyone, newbie here. I'm an ex-competitive bodybuilder looking for a new hobbie after suffering from an injured rotator cuff. Bought a road bike recently, gone riding with a couple of different clubs/groups, and I'm really enjoying it! For the first time in my life, i'm focussing on my aerobic system (as apposed to anaerobic) and am trying to lose muscle/weight!! I've learned a lot from this site already.
